USPS. Things to do.

  • Revision and if possible start from scratch the shipping logistics software that the USPS currently utilizes. First, the tracking software. Secondly, the infamous click and ship web script, and third but not last, the scanning devices that are being used. Hire better programmers.

  • Hire customer oriented personnel and terminate the employment of those lazy incompetent employees, who act as if the customers are serving them and hence working for them, when it ought to be the other way around.

  • Go green fuckers. That may save you money and help the environment. And it would get rid of all the fleet of trucks that end up hauled off and towed, and consequently serviced in an almost daily basis.

  • Change the hours of operations. That may help the public with their working, evident busily schedules, so people in general don't have to work around your pathetic hours. If Saturdays need to be slashed off, so be it. Who cares about netflixed dvds? Let that company handle its affairs. Besides, "There will be blood" may be received on Friday before the market closes, or better yet, streamed wirelessly, whichever the case.

  • Change methods of shipping or packaging. The so called priority mail. That means start from scratch the current dimensions of area that are being used in those ridiculously sized boxes that can barely accommodate its intended contents. Charge by the ounce, not by the if-it-fits-it-ships conundrum.

  • If you are going to sell other things, implement beverage machines that would fend off the thirst from tired, disoriented, upset customers who, among other things, are doom to receive a suboptimal service.
